Positions Available:

Associate Consultant - This is a challenging and rewarding position where you will rely heavily on your creativity and common sense to tackle your clients’ biggest and most complex business challenges. You will use a mix of your analytical and technical background with the business and leadership skills we help you further develop, to empower your clients to achieve what they often describe as impossible. Your work will be highly visible, and you will always be working on your clients’ top priorities – there is no chance here of working on a dead-end project. You will be given responsibility to work face-to-face with senior-level clients within days of joining. You will dramatically grow your leadership skills through leading client teams to generate tangible, head-turning results. The success of your work will be measured by its impact on the bottom line. You will constantly challenge yourself, others, and everything around you to perform to its full potential. Stroud’s consultants come from a variety of backgrounds - and many of them were not initially considering consulting but drawn to Stroud’s unique process and culture.
