For the class starting June 2012 in the Technology Associate Program (TAP), the two tracks are Infrastructure Management and Software Development.
TAP is not simply a "training program." Associates will be adding real value to the firm while at the same time gaining a depth and breadth of real-world experience which would otherwise be impossible to attain in such a short period of time.
In addition to on-the-job training, TAP candidates will receive customized skills (technical and business) training, exposure to senior IT professionals, a formal mentoring program and exposure to leading edge technologies.
