In 1997, Princeton University Professor Edward Felten retained Christian Hicks and Peter Creath to help him in his work for the Department of Justice’s antitrust case against Microsoft. That case was Elysium Digital’s first exposure to computer science litigation consulting. Elysium Digital is a computer science litigation consulting firm. Our consulting exposes us to a range of proprietary software and equipment, which we are asked to study to identify potential patent infringement, copyright infringement, or misappropriation of trade secrets. Our work has involved consumer electronics, streaming media, giant robots, e-commerce, medical devices, telecommunications, video encoding, and operating systems.
