Profile:
Jafreen Uddin joined the Brennan Center in February 2008 as an Executive Assistant to the Democracy Program. She provides strategic planning, research and administrative support to the Program Directors. Prior to joining the Brennan Center, she worked at the Annual Meeting of the Clinton Global Initiative and on campaign finance board filings for NYC Councilman Eric Gioia. Jafreen received her B.A. in Political Economics with a concentration in South Asian/Middle Eastern Studies from Barnard College, Columbia University in 2007, and is currently pursuing her Master's degree in Humanities & Social Thought from New York University's Graduate School of Arts & Sciences.
