PROGRAM OVERVIEW Madison Square Garden Scholars Program is a competitive hands-on paid training program that will target high performing graduate and undergraduate students who have demonstrated strong leadership abilities. HOW IT WORKS The Garden Scholar will be assigned a project based on real business challenges. Students will also be assigned to a senior executive and have access to other executives from relevant businesses, pertinent meetings, and related materials. WHAT THE GARDEN SCHOLAR CAN EXPECT An intensive two-day Orientation that will provide an overview of the organization. Students will be assigned to a "home business unit" and business executive. Mentoring from a business executive that will provide one-on-one personal and professional guidance. Scheduled Executive Speaker Series that will offer an inside look into the Sports, Entertainment and Media industries. Participate in one of Madison Square Garden's Garden of Dreams initiatives. Gain invaluable industry experience. A weekly $600 stipend. Human Resources will ensure Garden Scholars are given priority consideration to open full-time positions and networking opportunities.
